This solution includes a completely re-designed user experience coupled with a reporting module containing thousands of new pre-defined reports. This advanced search capability allows customers to create complex, multi-criteria searches across all databases in a product family. Account management tools, including access management and activity reporting, were also developed. The application is delivered on demand via Software as a Service, (SaaS). Existing customers received access to the enhanced application as part of the value of their current license.
