Meaningful Use, Physician and Patient Claims Data Added to Portal

New Portal additions include:

1) EHR Meaningful Use Field
Hospital & Physician subscriptions now indicate if facilities have been paid for EHR Meaningful Use.

2) Hospital-Affiliated Physician Data
This new segment covers 335,000+ MDs (including email offerings) across nearly 200 specialities.  Existing Portal customers receive 20% off of Physician subscriptions activated this quarter. 

3) MedPAR / Medicare Inpatient Claims Data
Added to all existing Hospital subscriptions, this new information includes details on the medical procedures/DRGs most frequently performed at each Hospital, along with supporting details like average length of stay, average charges and Case Mix Index (CMI). 

4) Real Time Medical Data (RTMD)
New partner company RTMD offers 90-day-old CMI data on 15 states for customers interested in a more current facility snapshot.
