Q:  Can I export data or print labels from HospitalBlueBook.com?
A:  No, HospitalBlueBook.com is read-only.  The online subscription replaces our Read-Only CD ROM product, but eliminates the need for an unlock code and other installation requirements.

Q:  How do I get my login information for my HospitalBlueBook.com subscription?

A:  After you place an order and it is processed, you will be emailed an activation link within 1 business day.  After completing a quick online registration, you will receive a password that will be used to access your account at HospitalBlueBook.com.

Q:  What if I forget my HospitalBlueBook.com login information?
A:  Go to HospitalBlueBook.com and click the "Forgot Password" button below where you usually login.  An online form will appear. Fill this form out and a new password will be emailed to you.

Q:  Why haven't I received a password to log into my online account?
A:  If you do not receive an email notification within two business days after placing your order, please first consult with your IT administrator to make sure that the email did not get filtered out as junk mail.  If that is not the issue, please email support@HospitalBlueBook.com

Q:  The password you sent me is hard to remember; can I choose my own?
A:  HospitalBlueBook.com uses system generated passwords to ensure the security and integrity of our data.  Please be sure to save your registration email with your password for future reference.  You can copy/paste the password from your email directly to the HospitalBlueBook.com login section.  We highly recommend that you enable your web browser's "remember password" function so that you do not have to memorize the password on return visits to the site.

Q:  What browser can I use with HospitalBlueBook.com?
A:  You must have internet access and use at least IE 6 or Firefox 2 with Javascript enabled.  For technical support, email support@HospitalBlueBook.com and we will respond within 24 hours or the next business day.

Q:  What operating systems are supported?
A:  You can access HospitalBlueBook.com in Windows 98/ME/XP/Server/Vista, all versions of Mac OSX, and Linux provided that you are using one of the browsers mentioned above.

Q:  What if my IT deparment doesn't want to upgrade our browsers?
A:  The latest release of your preferred browser should always be used, as it will contain the most up-to-date security, usability, and performance features.

Q:  What other functions are available using the HospitalBlueBook.com application?

A:  You can add your own personal notes to individual facility listings.  Also, you can print one facility listing at a time from your search results. The printed listing will generate a pre-programmed report, which will include any personal notes you add.

Q:  Why does the 'Back' button in my browser take me out of the 'Search Wizard'?

A:  You must use the navigation buttons inside the application, and not your normal browser buttons.
