Q: What is Print-On-Demand Services?
A: Print-On-Demand Services allows our customers to obtain paper or PDF copies of our market information products that are no longer stocked in-house, such as the regional Southern Hospital Blue Book or the Assisted Living & Extended Care Facilities Directory. Print-On-Demand Services makes it possible for us to be able to offer a full range of products, which can be customized by state/sections, in convenient two formats.

Q: Which Print-On-Demand Services format is right for me... Printed Edition -or- Digital Delivery?

A: Printed Edition: Select the content you want, and then your customized book is printed, bound, and shipped directly to you.  Print orders take 3-5 business days to process and ship.

Digital Delivery: Download your customized book as a PDF file.*   PDF orders take about 1-2 business days to process and email.

* Note: Each PDF file is encrypted to view and print from one computer only.

Q: What if I have any questions about Print-On-Demand Services?

A: Please email  billian@aw-help.com or call 800-516-1048.   Please leave customer contact information (include your name, order number, phone number, and specific problem).  Printing company will contact you in one business day.

Q: Print-On-Demand Billing Information
A: Print-On-Demand Services require pre-payment using a major credit card (AmEx, MasterCard, or Visa). Your product invoice and credit card statement will be billed from Documents Via Cadmus.
