The Billian's HealthDATA IT Advisory Board Is Taking Off

The first Billian's HealthDATA Information Technology (IT) Advisory Board Meeting was a success! The kick-off meeting was held at the Nuvox Suite at Phillips Arena on day one of the HIMSS show here in Atlanta. The IT Advisory Board is comprised of an elite group of BHD customers from around the globe who are driving innovation through customer collaboration. We seek their input for strategic planning purposes to facilitate open communication between Portal customers and our management team. The Board is a crucial source of insight into the product development needs of our customers and HealthDATA requirements.

It was nice to take a break from the busy show to focus and brainstorm for a few hours. New Portal products were a highlight early in the meeting. Ideas were flowing about industry trends, strategy, data analysis, CRM integration and evolving customer environments. There was plenty of customer engagement during the meeting, and attendees voiced that they really enjoyed the interaction with other colleagues regarding current trends and best practices that were working for them. Quite frankly, our customers did most of the talking, which was fabulous! It became evident that we want to stay progressive as a group and continue to include customer insight on an ongoing basis - not only during meetings, but throughout the year.
